"Important Information for Shoppers!"
To start, I gotta say that those leaving one-star ratings clearly didn’t check the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. It spells out the shipping and handling fees based on your order subtotal. Sure, the quality might dip sometimes, but no business is flawless. And yes, you gotta cover shipping costs even if you send something back, since they had to pay to ship it to you (plus $6.95-7.95 for returns). For anyone claiming their package went to the wrong address, just make sure to confirm your shipping details before giving the green light on the order. If it does end up at the wrong place, just call customer service and be nice; they’ll do their best to assist you. Most likely, it’s the mail carrier’s mistake, not the company’s. If you’re rude, don’t expect them to be eager to help you. Remember, if you don’t want to engage with them, they won’t want to engage with you either!
Shipping fees: They really don’t care if you think they’re too high—if you’re not happy with the costs, then just don’t place an order! They’ll manage just fine without your business.
Also, just because you’ve been a customer for years doesn’t mean much. If you miss payments, you’ll get hit with a late fee, plain and simple. This company doesn’t help build your credit, and they don’t offer a physical credit card anymore. They give you a rough idea of your credit limit based on your household income. You’re pre-approved for a certain amount, but that can change after final credit approval, which considers your income and other factors! Once you make an order, the credit team decides if you need to put down a deposit (which is normal, so don’t take it out on customer service—it’s not their fault), if it gets canceled, or if it ships. The monthly payment you see is just an estimate—it can change! (Just like it says in the Terms & Conditions.)
Now, about returns: They can take 4-5 weeks during busy times and 2-3 weeks during regular seasons. You’ll get reimbursed for the order subtotal, but you’ll still owe for shipping.
When you place an order, remember they only ship on business days—Monday through Friday (before noon). And for those claiming they took your money, they really didn’t; you just might not get how the system operates.
To those saying they received items they didn’t order: NEWS FLASH, you did order it; you probably just forgot. If you truly didn’t, maybe you shared your account info, which isn’t the best idea.
TO THOSE COMPARING THEM TO AMAZON: they’re not a trillion-dollar giant, so don’t expect free shipping unless there’s a promo code. If you’re all about Amazon, just stick with them.
Lastly, for those who call in yelling and cursing: that’s not gonna get you anywhere. Just be patient and polite, and the CSR will help you! If they say they can’t do something, it’s because they really can’t; they’re not being lazy.
Seriously, take a moment to read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS before getting upset next time.

"Tasty Treats and Quick, Friendly Service"
I made a purchase with this company on August 16-17, 2018. I got the peanut brittle and cinnamon pastries. First off, they need to check your credit if you want to use their credit option. I never provided my SSN, so how they figured out my info felt a bit sketchy, but hey, they’re a legit business. Since it was my first order over $50.00, they went ahead and approved it. My other order was over $90.00, and they asked for a down payment. So, my advice to anyone is that if your credit isn’t perfect, the order amount does play a role. If you order over $50.00, like right around that mark and not exceeding $90 with less-than-perfect credit, I reckon they’ll approve you. This company does a hard pull on your credit, and you’ll get alerts letting you know they checked it. Figi's approved my order, and as of now, I’m just waiting for them to ship it. I gave them 4 stars because they replied to my email quickly, claiming within 24 hours, and they actually do that. That’s why I rated them 4 stars. I also noticed they have some old reviews on their site, with some dating back 6-9 months and even 1-7 years. That kind of thing makes me a bit wary about their products and the company. Still, I’m taking a chance since I haven’t paid for my order yet, so what do I have to lose? I’ll be snapping photos of my order when it arrives and doing a detailed review of this company.
So, my order showed up on Aug. 24, 2018, actually before the expected date of the 25th. Everything was great, like my cinnamon pastries and peanut brittle. They arrived in a box and then in pretty, useful tin cans. After munching on the candy, you can repurpose the tin for anything. I even shared a photo of my order so everyone can see what the items looked like. The cinnamon pastries were delicious and buttery, and the peanut brittle was tasty too. The items looked just like the photos, with those nice tin cans. I’m really pleased with my first order from this company. Everyone has different tastes, but I just adore their food. I’m planning to order again. I loved everything I got from them. I even left an updated review on their site. The cinnamon pastries matched the photo on their site, and the peanut brittle came in two medium silver bags inside the tin can. There was a lot in both bags, and the pastries were fantastic to me. I devoured them in one day, and they taste even better when microwaved.
